Confluent Senior Living and Harbor Retirement Associates, the co-developers of HarborChase of Germantown, have announced construction will soon begin on a second project, dubbed HarborChase of Cordova.
A 144-apartment senior living community in Cordova is set to open in early 2020. HarborChase of Cordova will provide a mix of independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments in a 158,083-square-foot, three-story space, according to a news release. It is being developed by Denver-based Confluent Senior Living and Florida-based Harbor Retirement Associates.
While lots of local kiddos went from house to house to collect sweets this year, one set of kids gave back to others to celebrate the holiday. On October 30, Hailey and Ryan Cawley, Abram and Ava Montoya, Sienna and Reid Wheeler and Abbey and Eva Walker handed out candy to HarborChase residents.
