HRA Transitions the Senior Living Community to HarborChase of Olney

VERO BEACH, FL – On April 15, 2025, Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA) announced the management acquisition of Cadence of Olney senior living community. Rebranded as HarborChase of Olney, it is the 19th HarborChase senior living community in HRA’s national portfolio of 2,091 apartments. Located at 17001 Georgia Avenue in Olney, Maryland, the luxury community offers 129 Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments within minutes of the Greater Washington, D.C., Metro area.
