2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight
NAPERVILLE, Ill. – March 26, 2019 – HarborChase of Naperville, a local assisted living and memory care community, is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience Award™, qualifying for the award in the category of “Move-in Process.” HarborChase won the award by displaying a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services. For the “Move-In Process” category, HarborChase was recognized for the ease and efficiency of its move-in process. The community has worked hard to create an efficient system for helping residents transition into HarborChase. The goal is to have new residents in place and comfortable as quickly and painlessly as possible.
Throughout its history of serving the Naperville community, HarborChase has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met.
