2019 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight
PALM HARBOR, Fla. – March 26, 2019 – HarborChase of Palm Harbor, a local assisted living and memory care community, is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2019 Customer Experience Award™, qualifying for the award in the categories of “Variety of Food/Menu Choices,” “Activities” and “Overall Customer Experience.” HarborChase won the award by displaying a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services. For the “Variety of Food/Menu Choices” category, HarborChase was recognized for its customized menu designed and developed by HRA chefs. With an emphasis on variety and choice, residents dine on seasonal cuisine in a number of community restaurants. For the “Activities” category, HarborChase was recognized for the variety and wealth of social, recreational, fitness, and spiritual activities and experiences available daily through its Life Enrichment Program. For the “Overall Customer Experience” category, HarborChase was awarded for the high level of satisfaction in multiple categories across the board by residents and family members.
Throughout its history of serving the Palm Harbor community, HarborChase has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2018, a sampling of HarborChase’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate HarborChase in specific categories. Every month, HarborChase has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of resident needs and to make improvements when necessary.
