Widely respected for its role in reshaping the senior housing industry, Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA) was founded by Tim Smick and Dan Simmons with a vision of developing and managing communities built on Christian values and deep industry experience. As the Chairman and Managing Partner of HRA, Tim remains true to his belief that we are called to apply our God-given talents and experience to the creation and refinement of successful senior living communities in which we envision living.
Today, HRA is a regional senior living development and hospitality management company based in Vero Beach, Florida. Focused on independent living, assisted living, and specialized memory care communities, HRA currently operates 19 communities across eight states and is partnering on the renovation or construction of supplementary communities.
